Infrastructure and security engineering leader with expertise in large-scale distributed systems, internet protocols, and cryptographic standards. Currently leading infrastructure engineering at a major global financial services firm. Previously at Mercari, conducting research on crypto asset security and authoring IETF Internet-Drafts, and owning service infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. I operate an experimental research network (AS63774) and contribute to internet standards and governance through ISO TC68, IETF, and Japan Community IX.
